What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via our payment link in the electronic invoice! You may also pay with cash or a check.
Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?
No. It is not required for the renter to be present when the dumpster is delivered. Please make sure any special instructions are given to dispatch at the time of renting the dumpster.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit of the dumpster?
At JW and Company, we strongly believe in fairness and transparency. Our pricing model is built on a ‘pay for what you use’ principle. If your load exceeds the dumpster’s weight limit, you won’t be charged a flat overage fee. Instead, you’ll only pay the additional cost for the extra weight. If the dumpster is severely overloaded it may require unpacking and reloading into another container. This can be avoided by telling our knowledgeable dispatch what you plan to load and they will direct you to the best option.
What happens if the dumpster is damaged in my possession?
Life happens sometimes! Our dumpsters are durable and well built, however should an incident occur, do not panic, call our dispatch and let them know. Minor damages can sometimes be repaired at no charge. Severe damage will incur a service fee however we will be transparent and work with you on a solution.
I need the dumpster there at a specific time, can you help me?
Yes! Call our team and we can work with you to ensure the dumpster is there when and where you need it, sometimes even same day! Just call!
Benefits & what we do?
Can I get a Load N' Go or Live Load? Meaning, can we load the dumpster while your dumpster and driver wait and take it when we are done?
Yes! Please inform dispatch so they can plan the driver’s route accordingly. Need help loading? Ask about our skid steer rental to help load any debris you need removed.
I need to stay compliant with LEED or City of Austin project recycling requirements, can you help with that?
Yes, with our relationships with local landfills, we are able to offer commingled LEED or CoA recycling. This means there only needs to be one dumpster onsite, not 4 for all the different materials. We also provide all the proper documentation for this at no extra charge.
Help! I just had a stop work order issued for my project and I need a dumpster right now!
You’re in luck! At JW and Co, we know our trucks and their routes and are able to accommodate same day requests depending on the situation and time of notice.

Call us and we will be honest with you! We service everything from the smallest home clean outs to large scale commercial projects.

Yes! We offer free consultations and estimates to ensure there are no surprises and you choose the right dumpster at the right price. We even have an internal database that helps us estimate weight so we include the right tonnage meaning you don’t get surprised at the end.
